This package includes the required courses of Real Estate Principles, Practice, and an Elective.  The courses are home study, but we offer live tutorials of those courses in the classroom for eleven nights.  For each course you will receive a textbook*, exam, and certificate of completion.  Within the nights of instruction, you will also receive Live State Exam Preparation Instruction from the most qualified instructors in the industry.  You will also receive an interactive workbook to fill out with the instructor during class and an Exam Preparation Practice Question Online Program containing over 3,650 fully-explained practice questions.  You will have access to the constantly updated online program of practice questions for one year!  All classes are held at 7840 Madison Ave Ste 149, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.  
 
The home study courses can be completed in a minimum time frame of 54 days from enrollment (3 courses x 18 days each), but you would only be coming to our location for a set eleven nights for exam preparation.
