Designed for students who need the course requirements to be eligible to take the state exam and who also want full live classroom preparation to pass the state exam.  This package includes:

1. Required courses of Real Estate Principles, Practice (SB 1495 Compliant), and an Elective 

   • The courses are home study, but we offer live tutorials of those courses in the classroom for eleven nights

   • For each course you will receive an eBook^, online exam, and certificate of completion.  

     • ^Appraisal, Business Law, and Escrow are only in physical textbook format. If you would like to add the physical textbook of any course, there is a $30 fee per course.  

   • Also, some previously completed college classes (e.g., Accounting, Business Law, or Economics) may count toward your elective course requirement.  If you have already completed the elective requirement, select "Already completed the third course elective" from the drop down menu during the check-out process and the price will update.   

   • Please note: the home study courses can be completed in a minimum time frame of 54 days from enrollment (3 courses x 18 days each), but you would only be coming to our location for a set eleven nights  for home study course tutorials and state exam preparation. For additional information regarding course descriptions, structuring, etc., please click here.

2. State Exam Preparation:

   • Within the night of instructions, you will also receive Live State Exam Preparation Instruction from the most qualified instructors in the industry.

     • Learning the language of real estate is similar to learning a foreign language; therefore, our qualified instructors teach students exactly what to know and how to know it to pass the exam on the first try!  Plus, our exam preparation class is categorized into seven conceptual areas - just like the state exam.

     • BONUS: Over 18 hours of online state exam preparation video is also included!

       • The video covers the same material as our in-class exam preparation, but you can watch the videos from your own home and repeat important topics!  You will receive three months access to the video upon activation.  Hence, you choose when the access period begins!
