Home Study Course Process
| 1. After you order a home study course online we ship the text book (s) to you. usually 1-3 business days |
| 2. The Registration date is the date you have the Text Book (s) received. |
| 3. Each Home Study Course has Chapter questions for you to do on your own for studying. |
| 4. All courses have a minimum waiting period (a DRE required wait time) before you are allowed to take a final exam. (All Statutory Final Exams are 100 Multiple choice questions.) (All CE course exams are T/F) |
| 5. Each final exam is timed as per DRE requirements. (as stated on your information log-on BLUE sheet or E-mailed Instructions |
| 6. When you have completed all the course (s) and exam (s), we then mail you all the course certificates to your address that is on your exam usually the following business day, If you need to correct the name and address or change spelling ( Make Sure it is your "LEGAL NAME") This goes on your certificate. |
| 7. All CE (continuing education courses 15hrCE 48hrCE , or 1st 4 year Broker 51hrCE to update your Real Estate License Click Here>>>E-Licensing to renew your license. |
| 8. All other certificates you will need to send in a copy to the Dept of Real Estate. |
